Delivery

Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped by courier.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Returns

Returns will not be accepted unless I have been notified in advance and within 14 days of receipt of goods, by emailing info@zoeseddon.co.uk or telephoning 01722 416749.

If you return a Product to me:

  1. because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 7-day cooling-off period (see clause ‘Consumer Rights’ above), I will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, I will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. For UK orders we will cover the costs of returning the Product. For overseas orders you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
  2. for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified me that you do not agree to a change in these terms and conditions or in any of my policies, or because you consider that the Product is defective), I will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. I will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day I confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. I will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to me.

I will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Refund of ‘returned Products’ lost in transit will not be considered unless proof of posting is supplied.
